Welcome to the web page of the Staten Island Chapter of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work, Inc.  The Staten Island Chapter covers Richmond County (the Borough of Staten Island in New York City).

The Staten Island Chapter Board meets every month (except July, August and December) at member's homes, offices of members and other SI venues.  Following the Board meeting at which brunch is served, there is an opportunity for networking followed by an education presentation for which continuing education credits are available, for which there is no charge to members or guests (a non-member may come as a non-paying guest up to three times in a year).  The Chapter holds an annual education conference each year in the Spring for which a registration fee is charged (at a discount for Society members).  You may check the Staten Island Chapter Calendar for information about Chapter Board meetings, educational programs and other activities.

The Chapter has a Disaster Preparedness Committee, Education Committee, Legislative Committee, Membership Committee, Mentorship Committee, Program  Committee and a Vendorship Committee.  If you have any questions about a committee or wish to join a committee, you may contact the committee’s chairperson listed below..  You may check the Staten Island Chapter Calendar for information about committee meetings and programs.

We welcome you to attend our monthly Board meetings, monthly educational workshops, annual education conference and other activities, to learn about the Society and the Staten Island Chapter, to join with us and to participate actively in Staten Island Chapter activities.
